We at Smpl Kiwi back our work 100%. All work carried out is done by a trained and qualified professionals, and all parts and or merchandise supplied are of highest manufacture quality backed by supplier warranty.

We provide a repair guarantee on all repairs carried out and a manufacture warranty on all parts supplied. The repair guarantee and or parts warranties terms vary depending on the work carried out and parts supplies.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service provided, we will be more than happy to provide you with a refund of your purchase less 10% processing fee for all online bookings.
